ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WKRG) — The beaches in Baldwin County are packed with spring breakers.  Nineteen schools are taking a break from the books.

Monday night at least 54 of those spring breakers spent part of their night behind bars.  Gulf Shores Police reporting 23 alcohol-related arrests.  In Orange Beach, 31 arrests including 18 from a house party at a beach house on Perdido Beach Blvd.

Both cities warning spring breakers they would strictly enforce underage drinking laws. 

For the fourth year the city of Gulf Shores banning alcohol from the public beaches during Spring Break which ends April 28th.
