Typhani Gray joined WKRG News in August 2021, as a Reporter/ Multimedia Journalist. Typhani comes to the Gulf Coast after spending two years as a Multimedia Journalist at WFXL in Albany, Georgia.
Prior to that, she worked as a Production Assistant for WJCL in Savannah, Ga, and as an intern at WCSC in Charleston, SC.
Typhani Gray is no stranger to the south, as she is a native of Charleston, SC. Typhani also received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications at Savannah State University.
When she’s not reporting the news for you all at home, Typhani is trying new restaurants, shopping, or binge watch Grey’s Anatomy until she can finally catch up to the latest season.
With her inquisitive approach to getting to the bottom of any story, and the ability of being the voice for those who otherwise may not have the opportunity to be heard, Typhani is excited to bring her talents to Mobile, Alabama.
