Rose Ann Haven can be seen weekdays on WKRG co-anchoring News 5 at 6:00, 6:30 and News 5 at 10:00 alongside Peter Albrecht. She also co-anchors the WKRG News 5 at 9:00 p.m. on the Gulf Coast CW.
Rose Ann is from Flowood, Mississippi and absolutely loves living on the Gulf Coast. Before joining News 5, Rose Ann anchored the main newscasts for another CBS-affiliate, WNCT TV 9 in Greenville, North Carolina. Rose Ann began her television career on the WAPT anchor desk in Jackson, Mississippi, but her broadcasting career began at WJNT, Jackson’s NewsTalk radio.
Earning various Associated Press awards through the years, Rose Ann has covered topics ranging from presidential visits to feature reporting.
Rose Ann and her husband, Terry, have two daughters, Murphy and Jesse. Rose Ann enjoys sailing Mobile Bay with her family, shopping for bargains, and savoring Gulf Coast seafood.
