Micah Leith is from Chaneysville, Pennsylvania. He is a senior at Waynesburg University, where he studies electronic media and journalism. Leith joined WKRG News 5 for the 2022 Summer News Internship program.
While at school, Micah produces a current affairs and news talk show, produces and reports for the weekly Newscast, and assists with live sports productions on the campus and borough television station. He also participates with the radio and is the incoming executive editor of the school newspaper.
When he’s not doing school work or participating in extracurriculars, Micah likes to spend his time bass fishing and reading.
