Rain showers and strong thunderstorms moved through the News 5 area late Sunday into Monday morning. Widespread severe weather damage was not reported. The rainfall totals the storms left behind were good news for all!

Clarke County:
- Jackson: 1.68"
- Thomasville: 1.39"
Conecuh County:
- Evergreen: 2.40"
- Middleton Airport: 1.86"
Escambia County AL:
- Atmore: 2.40"
- Brewton: 2.50"
Escambia County FL:
- Pensacola Airport: Estimated 3.70"
- Pensacola Naval Air Station: 3.50"
Harrison County:
- Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport: 1.75"
- Long Beach: 2.24"
- Keesler Air Force Base: 1.50"
Jackson County:
- Sandhill Crane: 3.51"
- Pascagoula, Lott Airport: 2.41"
Mobile County:
- Brookley Field: 2.99"
- Coden: 2.30"
- Dauphin Island: 3.78"
- Mobile Regional Airport: 3.30"
Okaloosa County:
- Crestivew: 3.99"
- Sikes Airport: 1.80"
- Destin: 2.46"
- Eglin Air Force Base: 5.94"
- Hurlburt Field: 4.50"
- Niceville: 5.32"
Santa Rosa County:

The entire Gulf Coast is still under a drought. Even with the generous rainfall totals, both Mobile and Pensacola are still short by over 10 inches for the year.
