Thursday's severe weather caused big problems for some people in the Florida panhandle. Several houses were damaged near Century when the line of severe storms ripped through Escambia County. Ivory Brown was outside when the bad weather hit.

"I'm a big guy and I don't scare that easy, but that right there put some fear in me. I don't want to go through that ever again."

Jack and Julie Moran live on County Road 4 just west of Century. Strong winds knocked down trees in their yard and toppled a shed and covered patio.

"We'd just finished cleaning up the mess from Hurricane Ivan," says Julie Moran. "Now, we've got to do it all over again."

"Our yard is a mess!" exclaimed Jack Moran. "But we're just so glad nobody was hurt."

Electrical power was knocked out in the Bratt community for over three hours.
