Flooding On Broad Street

Alabama Mobile Over two feet of water flooded parts of Broad Street this morning.

Over two feet of water flooded parts of Broad Street this morning. The heavy rains fell throughout the night. Before sunrise, the street was filled with water.

Some drivers tried to cross it anyway, but others turned around.
