Circumhorizon arc above the horizon and a halo around the sun above. Both of these form in the ice crystals of cirrus clouds. The circumhorizon arc is also known as a circumhorizontal arc and the erroneous nickname is fire rainbow but it has nothing to do with fire and it's not a rainbow! The rainbow is seen in the direction of your shadow, not into the sun. Picture taken in parking lot of WKRG-TV at 2:15pm
