On Saturday, April 11, at 11 am a group of University of South Alabama students and residents of The Grove at Mobile delivered Easter baskets to approximately 100 children at Pure Word Church on S Shelton Beach Rd. The Easter basket giveaway was part of The Grove’s “Hoppin’ to Help” drive, organized by Campus Crest Communities, the Charlotte, N.C.-based developer and builder of The Grove communities.
In addition to the Easter basket giveaway, residents of the Grove at Mobile teamed up with the church to provide the children and their families with lunch and an Easter egg hunt.
