This is a photo of the storm coming in Sat., July 12, 2008 in west Mobile on Newman Road around 6 p.m., about the time of my daughter's outside wedding. Although the wedding was put into fast forward and the reception area was rained out, the wedding went off almost without a hitch! (no pun!) Three vehicles were struck by the lightning, the lights went out twice. They say it's good luck for it to rain on your wedding day. They should be good for life!
