BILLERICA, Mass. (AP) - Stop that texting! No, that's not a parent scolding a teen. It's the order of the Billerica, Mass. board of selectmen.

The board voted 3-2 the other night to ban its members from sending text messages and e-mails during public meetings. The board took up the texting ban after a citizen complained about a selectman sending messages while others were speaking.
