2.5 lbs. 130/150 Gulf shrimp

1 cup finely chopped celery

2 each medium chopped boiled eggs

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. chopped dried chives

.5 tsp. salt

.5 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. Wintzell's Shuck'n 'n Jive'n sauce

2.5 qts. water

1 tbsp. Zatarain's liquid shrimp and crab boil

1. Bring water to boil. Add shrimp & Zatarain's liquid shrimp and crab

boil. Continue to cook until shrimp are cooked thoroughly (approx. 6


2. Remove from heat and pour into a colander. Allow shrimp to drain

and cool completely.

3. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Peel and chop eggs.

4. Combine all ingredients and gently fold in the shrimp.
