MOBILE, Ala. - Many folks enjoyed Easter Celebrations Saturday in the Port City.

The Mobile Alliance hosted "Easter in the Squares" where families were invited out to enjoy music and fun. The event started in Bienville Square Saturday morning. After a parade down Dauphin Street, the event continued in Cathedral Square.

The Easter Bunny hopped over to Medal of Honor Park to celebrate with more families Saturday.

Bay Community Church threw an Easter extravaganza at the Mobile park. With baskets in hand, nearly 100 children rushed to find brightly colored eggs hidden in the grass. Most children ended up with a basket full of plastic eggs filled with candy.

The church also provided a hot dog lunch for the families.
