ORANGE BEACH, Alabama - For the second time in a matter of weeks another pedestrian is struck and killed by a drunk driver in Baldwin County.

Orange Beach Police tell News 5 Danny Pylant, from the Eastern Shore, was traveling westbound near the Caribe Resort late Saturday night when his truck struck and killed a man.

The victim's name has not yet been released, pending notification of family members. We've learned the victim is 44-years-old and was from Tennessee.

Pylant remains in the Orange Beach Jail where he is charged with DUI. Additional charges are likely.
