Prank Lands Spring Breaker In Jail

Posted: Updated:
A Spring Break visitor to Panama City Beach is facing felony charges following a prank gone wrong.
20 year old Tate Andrews from Kokomo, Indiana is charged with throwing a deadly missile after, investigators say, he dumped an ice chest full of ice over a 12th floor balcony, barely missing Bay County Sheriff's Deputy Chris Faircloth.
The incident happened Wednesday at the Legacy By The Sea Condominiums on Panama City Beach.
Andrews was booked into the Bay County Jail on a $1,500 bond. Throwing a deadly missile is a third degree felony offense.
