Al. News Executive Ed Fowler Dies at 67

Longtime Alabama newspaper executive Ed Fowler has died.
The Anniston Star (http://bit.ly/1ek7diW ) reports the 67-year-old Fowler died Sunday. His wife, Trisha Fowler, said he died at a hospital in Anniston.
Fowler's death came just a week after he retired as publisher of The Daily Home in Talladega.
Fowler also worked at the Anniston paper, The Tuscaloosa News and the MontgomeryLongtime Alabama newspaper executive Ed Fowler has died.
