Focaccia w/ Caramelized Onions and Rosemary Salt, served w/ a Roasted Garlic Clove

Focaccia Bread

2 1/2 cups Hi-gluten Flour

1 1/2 cups Spring Wheat Flour

1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Infused Olive Oil

1/4 teaspoon Yeast

1 1/2 cups Water

2 tablespoons Local Honey

1 tablespoon Salt

Combine ingredients together and mix. Form into a dough ball, then stretch by hand on a floured surface. Stretch to fit the size of a 12x16" baking sheet. Use your fingers to gently make divots on the top of the dough. Top dough with caramelized onions and rosemary salt. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Serve with a whole roasted garlic clove on the side.
