3 Crimes Involving Deadly Weapons

Mobile Police reported three crimes involving weapons.

Monday morning an assault and car accident happened in the 3000 block of Berkley Avenue. Two black males beat a man with an iron pipe. The victim managed to drive away from the scene, but he ended up hitting a bystander and a power pole. Both men have been treated and released from the hospital.

Monday afternoon an armed robbery occurred at Arbors Apartments. Two black males approached their victim, pointed a handgun at him, and demanded his cell phone. No injuries have been reported.

Early Tuesday morning a female victim had been shot twice in the 1560 block of Orange Street. She went to the hospital for treatment and is listed in critical condition.
