Conecuh Sausage and Cabbage

Ingredients:

(1) 1 lb. pack of Conecuh Sausage, any flavor.

(1) fresh head of cabbage

salt 

pepper 

garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Chop up a package of Conecuh sausage into bite size pieces and begin browning them in a skillet.

2. Chop up as much of the cabbage head as desired.

3. Once the oils begin to release from the sausage, begin stirring in the cabbage with the sausage.

4. As the cabbage begins to soften, add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your liking. 

5. Continue stirring the cabbage and the sausage together to insure that all of the flavors are mixed together for about 10 - 15 minutes. 

6. Serve and Enjoy
