EXCLUSIVE: Deputy Talks About His Arrest

MILLRY, ALABAMA -

Washington County Sheriffs Deputy Timothy Atchison took to Facebook Wednesday night, addressing his daughter's classmates, accused of bullying the high school junior.

Atchison said in a post:

Ok my daughter is being bulled at school Millry High School and I will bring HELL with me when I come to the school.

"When I come to the school I'm going to bring hell with me and that's what I meant when I got there I was going to raise hell," says Atchison Friday.

Atchison spoke exclusively to News 5's Blake Brown Friday afternoon about the posts.

"What were your intentions," asked Blake.

"I want the kids up there now and I'm going to find out what happened and I'm going to push it to the next level," said Atchison.

One FDacebook post by Atchison says:

I spent my life fighting bullies (enemies) for this nation now I'm about to fight for my own in this country so don't judge me. I've earned the right.

He says, though, he planned to take a calm approach towards the five students accused of bullying his daughter. He says they've twisted her arm in the past and recently tried to put a mirror up her dress.

"We're you going to inflict bodily harm on anyone," asked Blake.

"No, no sir. If that's the way they took it they took it wrong. I wanted to put a message on facebook that says this is serious and something needs to be done about it. Obviously I made that happen," he says.

Atchison has since bonded out of jail, set to face a judge in February. Looking back, he still feels like he did the right thing.

"It's my responsibility to protect them. When I send them to that school it's their responsibility to take up that slack and take care of my child while she's at that school. I didn't feel like that was happening," he said.
