Shrimp and Grits

· 1/2 cup of Andouille Sausage

· 1/2 cup of raw peeled and deveined shrimp

· 1 oz. of vegetable oil

· 1 Tbsp. of chopped green onions

· 4 oz. of Etoufee sauce

· 1 cup of Zea's grits


· Start with oil in pan.

· As soon as oil is hot, add sliced sausage.

· Once sausage starts to brown on one side, add shrimp and toss.

· When shrimp is almost done, add Etoufee and green onions.

· Heat and serve on top of grits in a bowl.
