Turkey Rueben Panini 4 slices Panini Bread 2 tbls. Remoulade sauce 2 tbls. Butter 16 oz. Turkey 4 oz. Swiss cheese 12 oz. Sauerkraut Heat each slice of Panini bread in large skillet, place butter in another skillet and place sauerkraut in one half of the skillet and place the turkey in the other half. Season the kraut and turkey with a little salt and pepper & spread Remoulade sauce on each slice of Panini, place turkey and cheese on bread with sauerkraut. Roll the sandwich up and brown in a skillet for just a minute or so. Slice in half and serve with a pickle wedge.
