Crab and Corn Bisque

I lb crab meat

¼ cup chopped onions

¼ cup chopped bell peppers

¼ cup chopped celery

1qt heavy cream

1 cup flour

1 stick of butter

Saute' the veggies with the butter then add flour and cook until light roux.

Add the heavy cream and cook for 20 minutes

Then add the crab meat and simmer for one hour.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
