Classic Pepperoni Pizza
1-8 - 10 oz dough ball ( Use a refrigerated or frozen/thawed dough)
½ cup Pizza Sauce (Use brand of choice) To perk up store bought sauce you can add chopped garlic, oregano or parmesan cheese
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
12 slices Pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Roll out or stretch out dough to a 10 inch circle on a cookie sheet.
Spread sauce over the dough, leaving a ½ inch edge.
Distribute cheese evenly over the sauce.
Arrange pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
Bake 10 - 15 minutes - until cheese is bubbling and begins to brown. Check underside of crust for gold brown color.
Remove to a cutting board and cut in rectangular pieces with a pizza cutter.
