FBI Captures Baldwin Bank Robbery Suspect In Another State

The FBI says Immanual Lee Williams was captured Thursday night at his home in Tampa, Florida, which is more than 500 miles from Gulf Shores. He is charged with Robbery, 1st degree.

Original: News 5 has learned the suspect in Wednesday’s bank robbery in Gulf Shores is in custody. FBI agents picked him up last night in Florida. 
Just before one o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, a man walked into the Alabama Credit Union. He was dressed in black. He approached a teller, handed her a note demanding money and indicated he had a gun. Police believe the bandit stashed a vehicle nearby for his getaway.
