2 tablespoons butter
8 large shrimp, peeled
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons white wine
Melt butter in a 10" skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté until shrimp is almost cooked through. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and continue cooking ensuring the garlic doesn't brown. Add white wine. Toss with angel hair or another pasta of your choice.
