Creme Brulee Recipe
5 egg Yolks if adding flavored syrup 4yolks
1 Whole Egg 2 whole eggs if adding flavored syrup
1 Qt Heavy Cream
½ Cup Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Or Flavoring to Taste
Take ¼ cup of the sugar scald with cream, While cream is heating whisk other ¼ of cup of sugar with yolks and egg . When Cream is Scalded temper in to yolk sugar mixture and flavoring at end. Pour mixture in to cups. Place in Covered water bath. Bake at 350 till Done.
Cook Time depending on size of serving.
