Anchovy Filets                                                       2 Each

Dice Onion                                                              ¼ Cup

San Marzano Canned Tomatoes                         2-28 Cans

(Or other high quality tomato)

Oregano Leaf, dry                                                2 teaspoons

Kosher Sea Salt, divided                                       2 teaspoons, 1 Tablespoon

Black Pepper                                                          2 teaspoons

Chili Pepper Flakes                                              1 teaspoon

Sriracha                                                                1 teaspoon

Large Alabama Gulf Shrimp                                 1 Pound

Scallops                                                                                1 Pound

Linguini, uncooked                                          1 Pound

Chopped Parsley                                              ½ Cup

Shredded Parmesan                                       ½ Cup
