Shrimp & Grits

1 teaspoon garlic

1 tablespoon green onions chopped

1 tablespoon chopped bacon

3 tablespoons of butter

1 teaspoon olive oil

6-8 peeled shrimp

2oz. white wine

¼ cup heavy cream

Salt and Pepper to taste

*Put first 5 ingredients in hot skillet sauté for 1 minute when

Sizzling hot add shrimp and the wine to deglaze add the cream let reduce 2 minutes until thick spoon over cheese grits.
