Seasonal flu vaccines will be available for everyone 6 months and up at a flu clinic in Martinsville from 9:00 to Noon today. Children under 18 may be able to get the shot for free. It's $25 for adults or no co-pay if you use insurance. The clinic will take place at the National Guard Armory.

The Council of Community Services in Roanoke will have two informational seminars for businesses on the new Health Care Reform Act today. They'll talk about what it means for employers. Businesses with fewer than 50 employees will meet from 9:00-10:30 a.m. And those with more from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m..

Carroll County leaders will make an economic development announcement this morning at 10:30 at the Carroll County Industrial Park.

There's a ribbon cutting for the new "Reserve at Knollwood" apartment community in Blacksburg. It's at noon on Pamela Way near the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine.
