 TCBY “The Country’s Best Yogurt” Yogurt Pie

Crust

1 ¼ cup of crushed graham cracker (or sugar free cookies for less sugar)

3 tablespoons of sugar (or omit for a less sugar option)

1/3 cup of melted butter (or coconut oil for extra health benefit)

Crush graham cracker and combine with sugar and butter. Press crust into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.

For no bake crust, simple put pie plate in the refrigerator to firm up crust. To bakes, cook 7-9 minutes at 350 degrees.

Filling

1 quart of either soft serve frozen yogurt or hand scooped yogurt from TCBY,

The Country’s Best Yogurt.  Let yogurt soften to a consistency that may be spread over the prepared crust.

Garnish with your favorite fruit, nuts, whipped cream, and chocolate or caramel drizzles
