1 can black beans, drained
Nacho cheese sauce
Salsa (see recipe)
Jalapeno peppers, sliced
Directions: Stack your chips, layer all ingredients beginning with the meat drenched with your favorite Boss Sauce, top with dry rub and you are ready for the game!
Salsa Recipe: Process 1 cup chopped tomatoes, ¼ cup chopped onions, ¼ cup chopped green onions, 2 T. chopped cilantro, salt(to taste), lime juice(to taste), 1 sliced mango(optional) and jalapeno's(optional).
