Blackened Tuna With Spicy Red Remoulade Sauce

Chef PJ Green from MaGhee's Grill on the Hill adds some spice to a wonderful seafood dish. Check out his segment on Take 5.

 

Combine the following ingredients for sauce:

1 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs veg oil
1 Tbs minced red onion
1 Tbs green onion(chopped)
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbs horseradish sauce
2 Tbs Creole mustard
2 Tbs yellow mustard
2 Tbs ketchup
1 1/2 tsp parsley
3 pinches cayenne
2 pinches red pepper flakes

salt & pepper to taste... 

 We use 6oz yellow fin tuna filets. Sear tuna for about 20-30 seconds on both sides.
