Pecan Crust

 

Ingredients:

 

1 bunch       Parsley, chopped

2 branch     Thyme, chopped

3 cup          Panko

1cup           dinner rolls, toasted

1 cup          Pecan pieces, toasted (half ground half chopped

2 cup          Butter, softened

2 oz             honey

TT              Salt & Pepper

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Cut rolls into pieces and toast. 
  2. Run the panko in the robot coupe with the herbs
  3. Run the café rolls and combine with panko mix
  4. Fold remaining ingredients
  5. Roll and freeze for service
