CiCi's Italiano (Thin Crust) Pizza

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. 

 

1                              Thin Pizza Crust (9" X 13")                             Use a flatbread, naan, focaccia, pita or other thin pizza crust

½  cup                   Pizza Sauce                                                         Use brand of choice.  To perk up store bought sauce you can add chopped garlic, oregano or parmesan cheese

½  cup                   Mozzarella Cheese - shredded

12 slices                Pepperoni

½ cup                    Italian Sausage –cooked, drained, and crumbled

 

 

Place crust on a cookie sheet.  (Par bake your crust for a  few minutes for a more crisp texture.)

Spread sauce over the whole crust, edge to edge. 

Distribute cheese evenly over the sauce.

Arrange pepperoni evenly over the cheese.

Sprinkle sausage over the entire pizza.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes - until cheese is bubbling and begins to brown.

Remove to a cutting board and cut in rectangular pieces with a pizza cutter.

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. 

 

1                              Thin Pizza Crust (9" X 13")                             Use a flatbread, naan, focaccia, pita or other thin pizza crust

½  cup                   Pizza Sauce                                                         Use brand of choice.  To perk up store bought sauce you can add chopped garlic, oregano or parmesan cheese

½  cup                   Mozzarella Cheese - shredded

¼  cup                   Sliced red onions.   

¼  cup                  Sliced black olives, canned, drained

¼  cup                   Diced Canned Tomatoes, drained            

 

Note: Red or green bell peppers, mushrooms, banana peppers and fresh tomatoes are also great veggie pizza toppings.

 

Place crust on a cookie sheet.  (Par bake your crust for a  few minutes for a more crisp texture.)

Spread sauce over the whole crust, edge to edge.

Arrange all veggies evenly over the cheese.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes - until cheese is bubbling and begins to brown.
