Pregnant Ala. Nurse Abducted from Parking Lot

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -

Police say a pregnant nurse was found unharmed after being abducted from a hospital's parking lot in Birmingham.

Birmingham Police Capt. Henry Irby tells AL.com the unidentified 28-year-old woman was leaving work early Sunday morning when a man forced her to drive him to several ATMs to withdraw money.

Police say the woman was abducted while she was on the phone with her husband, who called police.

Police say an unidentified 30-year-old man was taken into custody buy hasn't been charged.
