Meat Boss' Potato Salad
5 lbs. red-skinned potatoes, unpeeled and cubed
6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
6 oz. mayo
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup bread & butter pickle relish
¾ T. black pepper
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. lemon pepper
½ tsp. granulated garlic
¼ tsp. onion powder
Boil potatoes until fork tender, drain then rinse in cold water.
Carefully fold in all remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Chill and serve. Makes approximately 14-16 servings.
