Mango-Lump Crab Salad

1 lb. Lump crab, cleaned

3 ripe mangos, diced

2 Romas, skinless seedless and diced

1/2 red onion, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1 stalk celery, diced

2 T. Cilantro, minced

1 t. Red pepper flakes

Kosher salt, to taste

1 ea. Lemon juice

1 T. Olive oil


•In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except crab and mix well. Add crab and toss gently, without breaking up the crabmeat.  

•Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. before serving
