TAMPA, FL (WFLA) -

A tentative trial date has been set for accused cop killer Dontae Morris.  He's scheduled to stand trial for the 2010 deaths of Tampa Police Officers Jeffrey Kocab and David Curtis on November 4th.

Circuit Judge William Fuente announced the date at a status hearing Friday morning.  Morris may also appear at another status hearing on September 20th.

Judge Fuente says the trial will probably be in Orlando, with jurors chosen from Orange County.

Morris already faces a life sentence for the murder of Rodney Jones outside a night club in 2010.  He was convicted of that murder in March.

Morris is accused of killing a total of five people in 2010, including Officers Curtis and Kocab.
