Santa Fe Burger:

Ingredients:

6 oz.  Angus Burger Patty

1 tsp. Taco Seasoning

2 each 6" Flour Tortillas

4 oz.  Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese

6 oz. Straight Fries

Santa Fe Burger Set

4 oz. Shredded Lettuce

1 1/2 oz. Sour Cream

1 1/2 oz. Salsa

1 1/2 oz.  Poblano Sauce

 

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Sprinkle seasoning on one side of burger.
  2. Place patty seasoned side down on the grill.
  3. Sprinkle top side of burger with seasoning.
  4. Cook for approximately 4 minutes, then flip over to complete the cooking process for an additional 2 minutes or to desired cook temp.
  5. Once you flip burger, place two 6" tortillas flat on the grill.
  6. Spread half of the shredded cheddar/jack cheese evenly over each of the tortillas.
  7. Heat the tortillas for 1 minute to melt the cheese.
  8. Place cooked burger in the middle of bottom tortilla.
  9. Heat another minute until cheese is completely melted.

Only available through May 25, Beef ‘O' Brady's is providing burger lovers with six new Angus burgers inspired by different U.S. cities. But that is not the only thing impressing customers – the campaign is also is raising money for a great cause. Patrons who purchase a burger from the "Burgers Across America" menu will have the option of donating to the Wounded Warrior Project, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to honor and empower wounded members of the Unite States Armed Forces. Beef's will be making a minimum donation of $50,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project this June.
