Honor Flight South Alabama Comes To An End

Thousands of people of all ages gathered at Mobile Regional Airport to greet World War II veterans as they wrapped up the final honor flight to leave south Alabama.
 
 
A sea of red, white, and blue greeted the veterans as they returned from Washington D.C. where they toured their war memorial. 

The hometown heroes returned to loud cheers as they reunited with their families..which made for an emotional end to their day long journey.
