Cilantro Jack Chicken
4 ct. Chicken Breast 3 tbls. Olive Oil
¾ cup Sour Cream ½ cup Ranch
3 tbls. Milk 3 tbls. Cilantro
½ cup Pepper Jack Chez ½ cup Salsa
¼ cup Chopped Tomatoes 4 cups Wild Rice
1 tsp. Chili Powder 1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Garlic 1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper 1 tbsp. Tony's
Cook rice according to package and let cool. Mix chopped tomatoes and salsa with wild rice. Heat olive oil and season chicken breast with dry spices, except cilantro. Then cook chicken breast in olive oil, till done; as it browns place pepper jack cheese and set aside. In a blender, mix sour cream, ranch, milk & cilantro until creamy. Top each chicken breast with sauce .
