The Cunningham Bounds law firm has filed a complaint in the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama on behalf of Casey Tyson, a worker who was severely injured April 24 when two fuel barges exploded and burned on the east side of the Mobile riverfront while being cleaned at Oil Recovery Company's river facility.  The lawsuit was filed against Oil Recovery Company, Inc. of Alabama, AEP River Operations, LLC, D&S Marine Service, L.L.C., and Kirby Inland Marine, L.P.

Tyson suffered injuries as a result of the explosion and has been transferred to a burn center in Dallas, Texas for additional treatment.

Justin Benoit and George Erickson remain in critical condition at USA Medical Center.
