A Foley man is being held on a $1 million bond accused of operating a substantial marijuana grow at his residence.
Eugene Whitt is charged with marijuana trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During the execution of a search warrant at Whitt's house on Oakleigh Circle in Foley, police confiscated 55 marijuana plants-- weighing about 10 pounds.
Investigators seized plants both inside the house and in the yard.
