New Statue Celebrates American Veterans in Mobile

New Statue Celebrates American Veterans in Mobile

Posted: Updated:

A local chiropractor in Mobile wants to inspire more people to be proud of our country and our veterans.

Men and women from all branches of the military crowded around Mobile Chiropractic Associates on Downtowner Boulevard Tuesday for the unveiling of a special statue.

Freedom, a stallion painted red, white and blue is now a part of the landscape.

The man behind this idea is Dr. Douglas Kaul. He commissioned the project. Ryan Gartman of Insane Airbrush is the artist.

Dr. Kaul says he wants people to feel something for America and our veterans when they drive by and see the stallion.

The statue has a plaque under it that reads: "Freedom": Dedicated to our American Vets.
