Local Contest Winners Give Birth to Baby Girl

Biloxi Mississippi -

Kyle and Ashley Costello are in love with their brand new baby girl, named Magnolia Grace, born in early March. After two in-vitro attempts, and two miscarriages, the couple almost gave up on fertility treatments, but then they decided to join a contest that would eventually help them become parents. They are patients at New Life Fertility Clinic in Pensacola. The doctors office held a Facebook contest for patients, and the couple with the most "likes" would get ten thousand dollars worth of treatments. The Costellos won with over 8,000 votes. Ashley says, "We are so thankful that people cared enough to see it and hear about it and vote for us because we won, and the only reason we have Magnolia is that we won with the contest money." They say they even got votes from complete strangers.

The Costellos want to thank the many people who voted for them. Kyle says, "We joke around that she is our community baby." They tried for three and a half years to have Magnolia, and they couldn't be more thrilled to be parents.
