Steak Burrito Recipe:
4 oz. Grilled Steak Portion
2 oz. Sautéed Red Onions
2 oz. Sautéed Green Peppers
12" Tortilla shells
4 oz. Shredded Mixed Cheese
4 oz. Seasoned Rice
2 oz. Poblano sauce
Cook the steak portion to the desired temp. (medium well, well)
Add onions and peppers to the steak and warm to 155 degrees
Season Steak with taco seasoning
Prepare Tortilla shell with poblano sauce and mixed cheese and the seasoned rice.
Transfer steak, onions and peppers to the tortilla shell. Roll into a tight wrap.
Toast bottom to seal the wrap and serve with chips and salsa
