Cajun Crawfish Potatoes

Boil small red potatoes in a spicy crawfish boil. When done, drain and quarter potatoes. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet and sauté the quartered potatoes. Add mushrooms, crawfish tails, Conecuh sausage, green onions, salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Continue to sauté until all items are heated thoroughly. Serve topped with grated cheese, sour cream and additional green onions.
