Mango Chili Mahi Ceviche

3 lbs mahi mahi marinated in citrus juices for at least 3 hours
Juice of 4 limes and 2 oranges
2 cups diced fresh mango
1 cup diced red bell peppered
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs mexican hot sauce (tapatio or cholula)
1/4 cup fine chopped cilaltro
1/4 cup diced red onion
 
Dice the raw mahi mahi in 1/4 in pieces and add to the citrus juice let "cook" for at least 3 hours. While fish is cooking combine the rest of the ingredients in a non reactive dish.
When fish is done to cooking toss with rest of ingredients and add salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
