Orange Panna Cotta:

ingredients:

sheet gelatin              4 ea

milk                          1/2 pint

heavy cream              16oz or 2 cups

granulated sugar        2 oz

orange zest                1.75 Tbsp

 

Directions:

1. Soften the gelatin in cold water.

2. Bring the cream, milk, sugar, and orange zest to a boil.

3. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Starin and add the softened gelatin.

5. Pour into portion cups and refrigerate until set.
